Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to GBXBEAUTY. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these carefully before booking.

 

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.

  • The full address will be confirmed via email upon booking confirmation.

  • A new deposit is required if an appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance.

 

3. Late Policy

  • Being late may reduce your treatment time or result in a cancellation. If you're running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible. 

  • If you are 15 minutes late or more, GBXBEAUTY holds the right to refuse the service, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

4. Out-of-Hours Appointments

  • Appointments before 9 AM (e.g., 8 AM) and after 6 PM (e.g., 6:30 PM) are considered premium (out-of-hours) appointments and incur an additional fee.

  • Some of these may not be available on the website so please get in contact via Instagram (gbxbeauty_) or email (hello@gbxbeauty.co.uk)

 

5. Lash Preparation & Hygiene

  • Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free natural lashes.

  • If lashes are not free from dirt, mascara, oil, or strip lash glue, a lash bath will be required at an additional charge.

 

6. No-Shows & Cancellations

  • No-shows will be required to pay for their service in full before booking again.

  • If a no-show occurs twice, the client will be blacklisted from future bookings.

 

7. Patch Tests & Allergic Reactions

  • Lash Extensions: patch tests are optional and available upon request via Instagram or email.

  • Brow Lamination & Lash Lift & Tint: patch test is required 24/48 hours before your appointment. 

  • Patch tests should be done 24-48 hours before an appointment.

  • Patch tests do not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.

  • If an allergic reaction occurs, no refund will be issued, and the technician is not responsible. Extensions should be professionally removed as soon as possible.

 

8. Infill Policy

  • At least 50% of lash extensions must be remaining for an infill.

  • Infills should be booked every 2-3 weeks.

  • Additional charges may apply if less than 50% of lashes remain or if it has been over 3 weeks since the last appointment.

  • Infills at 4+ weeks are charged as a full set.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • GBXBEAUTY holds the right to refuse services to anyone deemed unsuitable for eyelash extensions or other treatments.

 

10. Aftercare & Adjustments

  • If any issues arise with your eyelash extensions, GBXBEAUTY is happy to assist.

  • Adjustments are free of charge within 48 hours after your appointment.

 

11. Additional Guests

  • Additional people are not permitted at appointments.

 

12. Refund Policy

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed.

  • If you experience an issue with your lash extensions, adjustments can be made free of charge within 48 hours.

  • Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions. If an allergic reaction occurs, clients are advised to have the extensions professionally removed.

  • GBXBEAUTY is not responsible for individual reactions to products used.
